Most significant professional accomplishment was the attainment of an earned Doctorate Degree in Education after being a tenth (10th) grade high school dropout at age fifteen. Was widowed at the age of 29, reared and educated seven children through high school, college, and other certified technical school.

I serve as Founder and Director of Dr. Emma Kelly Rhodes Education Center, located 1815 Wright Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202, and the House of Vision which is an extension to the Center, located across the street at 1917 Wright Avenue. This area used to be known as the "Red Light District." I am trying to help it to be perceived differently!
